Things are always changing. They have to so that we can grow and expand.

Honestly, you would be pretty bored if you didn’t shake it up once in a while.

Change can be exciting but the unfamiliar is definitely uncomfortable at first. And sometimes, that discomfort may be so bad that you kind of get stuck and stay in what is familiar because at least it is familiar. 

There are ways to get past the fear of change.
