We have all encountered situations, events, or people that for whatever reason triggered a negative emotion or reaction within us. Sometimes, we are able to brush it off relatively quickly and carry on and then later on, when we think about the encounter, it seems so far away and we don’t even care. And that is awesome. If only every bump in the road we encounter could be like that. But, sometimes it is not.
