One of the many benefits of keeping a daily gratitude list is that it is one of the best ways to stay happy.
In this episode, I tell you about why I decided to do this and how it changed my life for the better.
I used to be very up and down with my moods largely determined by what I encountered during the day. If something I liked happened, I was happy. If something didn’t go my way, I was sad, mad, aggravated, frustrated, dejected, deflated…you get the picture.
Does this sound familiar to you?
If so, you are not alone.
I think that many people assume that feeling good and being happy only result when they like what they are seeing, when people are behaving how they wish, or when things are going their way.
Can you do it? Yes, you can!
BUT, you CAN learn how to be happy and satisfied at any given moment by noticing and appreciating all the wonderful things that happen every day in your life.
